Delivery & Courier Details:

Due to Level 3 Lockdown, Courier Services are short staffed and items may take longer than normal to reach you.  We have been advised on the following delivery times:

Deliveries within Gauteng (JHB): 5 - 7 working days

Deliveries within SA outside Gauteng:  8 - 10 working days

Deliveries Outside of SA:  10 - 15 working days

Sales Conditions and Payment Terms:

1.   All orders are payable upfront. 

2.  No stock will be released until payments reflect in the bank account.

3.  ZAR Payments to be made via EFT into our bank account.

4.  USD Payments accepted via The Punishers PayPal.

5.  T-Shirts may be exchanged for a different size within 15 working days from receipt of order.

6.  Caps and Mousepads are not returnable or refundable.

7.  30% Administration fee will be charged on paid orders cancelled within 24 hrs.

8.  Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled
